Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position: Admin Field Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle all official field-related work of the company.

- Visit banks, government departments, vendors, clients, and other offices as required.

- Submit and collect documents, files, cheques, letters, and other official documents.

- Handle bank-related work, courier work, and document follow-ups.

- Visit government and other official departments for document submission and follow-up.

- Coordinate with different offices and persons for company-related work.

- Ensure the safe handling and timely delivery/collection of documents.

- Provide regular updates to the office team regarding field activities.

- Perform any other field-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Own bike/motorcycle with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.

- Good knowledge of local areas and routes.

- Responsible, punctual, honest, and trustworthy.

- Comfortable with regular field visits.

- Ability to communicate and coordinate professionally with banks, government offices, vendors, and clients.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

- Previous field experience will be preferred.
