About The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable School Admin Executive to oversee daily campus administration and facility operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, campus safety, vendor management, and basic institutional compliance, while serving as a key point of coordination between school leadership, staff, vendors, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Campus & Facility Management
• Oversee campus cleanliness, hygiene, security, and overall maintenance (electricity, plumbing, RO water, generators, classrooms, and grounds).
• Coordinate periodic inspections and preventative maintenance for all physical infrastructure, school assets, and safety systems (fire extinguishers, CCTV cameras).
• Manage housekeeping, security personnel, and support staff, ensuring daily rosters, punctuality, and high service standards.
• General Administration & Procurement
• Handle inventory management for office supplies, classroom resources, sports kits, and facility equipment.
• Obtain quotes, coordinate with local contractors/vendors for repairs and purchases, process bills, and assist accounts with invoice reconciliation.
• Support school events, sports days, annual functions, and parent-teacher meetings with logistics, seating, audio-visual setups, and hospitality.
• Liaison & Local Coordination
• Interact with local community vendors, service providers, and local authorities using fluent Kannada.
• Handle incoming parent queries, front-office administrative documentation, admissions support, and student transport coordination as required.
• Ensure compliance with institutional health, hygiene, and emergency response guidelines.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience working as an Admin Executive / Campus Supervisor specifically within a K-12 school or educational institution.
• Location: Must currently reside in Bangalore and be fully comfortable with a daily on-site commute to Mugalur Village (Sarjapura – Chikka Thirupathi Road, Anekal Taluk).
• Languages: Working fluency in both English and Kannada (spoken Kannada is essential for managing local support staff, drivers, and vendors).
• Skills: Strong organisational ability, vendor negotiation, crisis handling, and proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, and School ERP/Email).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
