Admin & Compliance Coordinator Australian Market

We are hiring an Admin & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Australian-market operations team in Sector 74, Gurgaon. You will work closely with our sales, delivery and installation teams to verify sales and documentation, ensure compliance with company guidelines, coordinate installations, follow up customer payments and manage post-sale customer support. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication.

• Location: Sector 74, Gurgaon – Onsite
• Employment: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
• Hours: Australian Business Hours
• Experience: 1+ year in administration, compliance, operations, customer service or coordination preferred
• Australian Experience: Previous experience working with Australian customers is an advantage
• English:Fluent English is essential – excellent verbal and written communication required
• Key Responsibilities: Sales verification, compliance checks, documentation, installation coordination, payment follow-ups, CRM administration and post-sale customer support
• Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
