About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager - GRA Sales to drive customer acquisition and business growth within the Government Relationship Accounts segment.

Key Responsibilities

. Acquire Government Relationship Accounts and salary account relationships.
. Drive CASA acquisition and portfolio growth.
. Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, educational institutions and other government-linked organizations.
. Cross-sell banking products and services.
. Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Eligibility

. Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
. 0-1 year experience in Sales, Banking or Financial Services.
. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
