About this role
Locations: Bangalore | Delhi NCR | Pune | Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are looking for professionals with experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations to support procurement transformation, supplier management, sourcing strategy, and procurement compliance initiatives. The role will involve working with global stakeholders, managing sourcing events, evaluating suppliers, and driving procurement excellence across categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier selection, and onboarding.
- Support procurement operations across the PR-to-PO lifecycle.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, due diligence, vendor performance reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Drive sourcing projects and procurement initiatives to achieve cost optimization and process efficiencies.
- Analyze procurement spend and identify savings opportunities.
- Review procurement controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, legal, and finance teams for procurement execution.
- Support contract administration, purchase order management, and procurement reporting activities.
- Leverage procurement technologies such as SAP Ariba and ERP systems to streamline procurement workflows.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, spend analytics, and management presentations.
Preferred Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in global procurement environments and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP SRM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
