Principal Duties

And

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same
• Responsible for the functional and technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow platform (Operational technology Module/ITAM/ITSM/FSM)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow
• Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.

• Demonstrate understanding across one or more of following areas
• Understanding the basics of asset management
• Upcoming digital tools and strategies to help potential clients.
• Developing local accelerators (e.g. excel scripts, python scripts) to help accelerate work delivery
• Understanding overall refinery business
• Understanding how to utilize Asset Management skills across other departments such as reliability, inventory management.
