Job Summary : As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing large-scale marketing automation programs across multiple channels. Your role will involve conducting vendor assessments, optimizing campaign engines, and driving business development efforts in the marketing automation space. Roles & Responsibilities : Plan, design, and execute large-scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, Push, CRM, and web. Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices based on campaign performance and insights. Conduct marketing automation vendor assessments and client capability assessments. Provide recommendations on optimizing the marketing automation stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing campaign engines. Gather business requirements and design processes and solutions for implementing marketing and advertising solutions. Design functional architecture, including integration with peripheral systems like data sources and activation channels, for campaign engines such as Adobe and Braze. Derive insights for campaigns, work on campaign attribution, and optimize strategies. Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the marketing automation space. Apply Agentic AI concepts to identify and shape intelligent marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and optimization use cases while establishing human oversight, governance, and responsible AI deployment controls. Professional & Technical Skills : Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Campaign Management, Adobe Campaign, Braze, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of marketing processes, operating models, and marketing technologies. Experience in research and analysis, identifying new opportunities, and developing solutions. Ability to establish and build effective working relationships. Experience in shaping and driving engagements and leading teams independently. Proficient in strategy and roadmap development for MarTech platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud and AdTech platforms. Good to Have Skills: Workfront, Jira, Pega Decisioning, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and their application across MarTech and digital marketing workflows. Additional Information : Proven working experience (8+ years) in digital marketing and delivering marketing solutions across industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, and Healthcare. Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization. Good to have 3+ years of Workfront/Jira experience. At least 5-6 years of hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other MarTech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred. Exposure to Agentic AI solutions and emerging autonomous AI capabilities within marketing technology ecosystems. Excellent oral and written communication skills
