About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Operations & Processing: Manage invoice verification, matching, payment runs , and expense reports.
- Month-End & Reconciliations: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including vendor reconciliations, aged creditor analysis, and bank/ledger reconciliations.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main escalation point for complex vendor disputes, payment discrepancies, and internal department queries.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Track and report AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate MIS reports, and drive automation or system upgrades
