Accounts Payable Manager ( Qualified CA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate accounting, timely payments, statutory compliance, financial controls, and effective month-end and year-end closure.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, compliances, provisions, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Key Result Areas

• Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, accounting, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and closure.
• Review AP transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Review GST applicability, input tax credit, GST invoices, GST reconciliations, and related compliance requirements.
• Review TDS applicability, deductions, rates, reconciliations, and statutory compliance for vendor transactions.
• Ensure timely completion and review of GST and TDS reconciliations and related statutory compliances.
• Perform and review vendor reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, ageing, outstanding balances, and account analysis.
• Prepare and review MIS, AP ageing reports, exception reports, reconciliation statements, and other management reports.

Incumbent profile:

• Qualified CA, with atleast 3 years post-qualification exp and working on SAP.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong core Indian accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, including ITC, GST invoice requirements, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, including applicability, deductions, rates, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Good understanding of Indian statutory and tax compliances relevant to Accounts Payable.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20 LPA
