Job Description:

We are hiring a P2P (Procure to Pay) Executive responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end P2P process (Procurement to Payment)
• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and within timelines
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN)
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement
• Handle vendor queries and issue resolution
• Perform accounts payable reconciliation
• Maintain vendor master data
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and SLAs

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of P2P / Accounts Payable process
• Experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and payments
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant P2P / AP experience
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Good to Have:

• Exposure to international clients (US/EMEA)
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and invoice compliance (India)
