Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting for Devashray Animal Hospital (Sarvodaya Foundation).

Routine Accounting

• Maintain and update routine accounts daily.
• Ensure accurate and timely entries in Tally for all financial transactions, including purchase bills, after verification from relevant departments.

Financial Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Enter all payments and transactions into Tally software.
• Maintain accurate and complete supporting documentation such as bills, vouchers, and receipts for every transaction.

Reports:

1. Preparation of the expense tracker sheet.
2. Preparation of petty cash report
3. GRN Reconciliation

Required Qualification: Bachelor's + Masters degree in commerce, finance, or other relevant field.

Preferred Qualification: A full-time M.Com degree from a reputed university.
