PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting. The role involves maintaining financial records, handling reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position is suitable for candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience who are looking to grow in a structured finance role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payments, and documentation
- Support audits and statutory compliance activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Mandatory experience with Zoho Books and QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
