About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track customer payments, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.
• Work on accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic to good knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
