Valley Engineering Private Limited delivers E&I automation and project engineering solutions, including PLC/SCADA systems, control panels, and end-to-end project solutions across water & wastewater, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and other process industries.

:

• : § Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger in Zoho Books (and QuickBooks if used).

• : Track project-wise costs, prepare invoices, handle billing and perform reconciliations for engineering contracts.

• : Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

• & : Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management dashboards.

• : Coordinate with project managers on budgets, advances, retentions and vendor payments.

• & : Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow and support internal/external audits.

• : Provide overall finance and accounting support typical of a mid-sized project engineering firm.

& :

• : Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• : M.Com or CA Inter (mandatory)

• : Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is required. Experience with QuickBooks is added advantage.

• : Prior experience in a project-management, engineering, automation, or project-based organization will be a strong advantage.

• : Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and the ability to work closely with project teams.
