Job Description Accountant / Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts records, GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, invoicing, payments, outstanding follow-up and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, journal and ledger.
• Manage GST, TDS and basic taxation activities.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle invoices, bills, vouchers and payment records.
• Manage vendor payments and customer outstanding.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Support audit and maintain proper documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
