Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client accounts in the Domestic IT Staffing business.
• Handle end-to-end client hiring requirements, particularly C2H / Contract Staffing mandates.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder coordination, and regular client interactions.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
• Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams for smooth hiring delivery.
• Drive account growth, improve client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor submissions, interviews, offer rollouts, and joinings.
• Ensure effective account management, revenue generation, and healthy business margins.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Must have hands-on experience in C2H / Contract Hiring.
• Experience handling direct client accounts and client hiring requirements.
• Must have team-handling experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Domestic IT Staffing models, C2H, C2C, and contract hiring.
• Experience managing client SPOCs, recruitment delivery, and hiring targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
