Job Title: Account Manager Domestic IT Staffing

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Working days: Monday to Friday ( Two Saturdays in a month)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing and proven experience handling key client accounts such as Pontoon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, account operations, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Handle client requirements, coordinate with recruiters, and ensure timely closures.
• Manage vendor coordination, submissions, interview pipelines, and account performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve delivery targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Account Management.
• Hands-on experience handling Pontoon accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Indian domestic staffing market.
• Experience in client management, vendor coordination, and team handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
