Job Description Accounts Executive
Location: Nagawara, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 13 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings and ensure statutory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare financial reports.
- Conduct stock reconciliations and assist with inventory audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
