Account and Staffing Manager

We are looking for a proactive Account/Staffing Manager to manage contractor and FTE relationships, improve retention, monitor attendance, resolve escalations, and support sales enablement through technical work samples and demos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contractor and FTE engagement through regular check-ins.
• Monitor daily attendance, timesheets, and compliance.
• Identify attrition risks, performance concerns, and client escalations.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and deployment support.
• Resolve contractor concerns related to leave, timesheets, and project issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create work samples, case studies, and demo assets.
• Organize technical walkthroughs and demos for the sales team.
• Track account health, retention, and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing, account management, talent operations, or HRBP.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors, FTEs, or client accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ATS/RMS tools, and attendance tracking systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
• Experience working with US or European stakeholders is an advantage.
