Role Description The Access Control role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves configuring, installing, and maintaining electronic access control systems, including controllers, readers, locks, credentials, and related hardware and software. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting access issues, performing routine inspections, and coordinating corrective actions to ensure secure and efficient operation. The role requires collaborating with project teams and clients to understand security requirements, implement system changes, and document configurations, procedures, and incident reports. The team member will also support integration with other security and automation systems, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and provide periodic training or guidance to users on access control policies and system usage.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of access control systems, including controllers, readers, locking mechanisms, credentials, and basic networking for security systems.
• Experience with installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of electronic security systems or building automation solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts; familiarity with tools and equipment used in on-site security installations.
• Skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing root-cause analysis, and documenting findings and resolutions.
• Understanding of security best practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements related to physical and electronic access control.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and service requests in an on-site environment.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, electrical, IT, or a related field; industry certifications in security or access control are an advantage.
• Prior experience in security system integration or facility management roles is preferred; willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
