Role Description

The Academic Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Medigrad's academic programs. This role includes managing end-to-end program lifecycles, coordinating with faculty and subject matter experts, and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and organizational goals. The Academic Program Manager will plan course schedules, monitor program performance, and analyze learner feedback and outcomes to inform enhancements. Daily activities involve curriculum planning, documentation, coordination with operations and technology teams, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting faculty onboarding, maintaining academic quality, and contributing to new program development within Medigrad's healthcare and edtech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• The person would be responsible to manage the academic delivery of the programs.
• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee academic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development capabilities to design, refine, and align course content with clinical practice and learning outcomes.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program performance, learner data, and quality metrics for continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with faculty, medical experts, internal teams, and external partners.
• Relevant experience in academic administration, edtech, or healthcare education is beneficial.
• A graduate or postgraduate degree in medicine, healthcare, education, or management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail is advantageous.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, instructional design principles, and accreditation or compliance processes is a plus.
