Academic Counsellor (HR Course Admissions)

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and professionals through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain HR course features, career opportunities, placement assistance, and fee structure.
• Counsel students and professionals regarding suitable HR training programs.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Coordinate with the training team for candidate onboarding.
• Build relationships with colleges, students, and job seekers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counseling experience will be preferred.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are also eligible and encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to speak Hindi (mandatory).
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
