Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru South, designed for freshers starting their careers. The role involves identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the sales funnel from initial contact to conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to parents and partners through calls or online channels, presenting BrightCHAMPS offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Business Development Associate collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns, participate in product demos, and gather feedback from customers. The role also includes achieving assigned targets, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening abilities.
• Effective presentation skills and experience or comfort with delivering presentations to individuals or small groups.
• Ability to support lead generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up with potential customers.
• Basic market research skills to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in edtech.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification; recent graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in education and technology, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or data entry tools) is an advantage.
