Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Kozhikode. The 3D Visualizer will create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior and architectural concepts, translating design briefs into realistic visual outputs. Daily responsibilities include developing visualizations of layouts, materials, and lighting, refining graphics based on feedback, and coordinating with designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented. The role also involves preparing presentation-ready images and walkthroughs, optimizing render quality and efficiency, and maintaining consistency with project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Visualization and Lighting skills for realistic 3D renderings.
• Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills for polished presentations and design communication.
• Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills to interpret and translate design concepts and plans.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar) and rendering engines (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of interior design and architectural terminology, materials, and spatial planning.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar design role will be an advantage.
