Job Summary

The Flag Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D designs, visualisations, and layouts for exhibitions, events, promotional structures, and customised branding solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D modelling, rendering, materials, dimensions, and design execution, with the ability to convert client requirements into practical and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, renders, and visualisations for exhibitions, events, and promotional branding.
• Design exhibition stalls, kiosks, canopies, backdrops, display structures, flags, and other branding installations.
• Develop designs based on client requirements, dimensions, branding guidelines, and available materials.
• Prepare detailed 3D views, layouts, and presentation visuals for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Design teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
• Make design modifications based on client feedback and production requirements.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, proportions, materials, colours, and branding elements in designs.
• Create realistic renders to present final concepts to clients.
• Assist the production team with necessary design references and technical details.
• Maintain organised project files and design documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, dimensions, and spatial planning.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert concepts into 3D visualisations.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in 3D design, exhibition design, event design, interior/exterior visualisation, or a related field.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, signage, branding, or fabrication will be preferred.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Visualisation, or a related field will be preferred.

Work Location

Juhu, Andheri, Mumbai – On-site
