3D Designer / 3D Visualizer – POSM, Retail Displays & Experiential Design
About the Role
BBIPL is looking for a creative and execution-oriented 3D Designer/Visualizer to develop high-quality, practical designs for POSM, retail displays, events, exhibitions, spatial environments and brand activations etc.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate briefs and references into compelling 3D concepts, work efficiently under tight timelines and create designs that are practical to execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D concepts, models and visualizations for POSM, retail displays, kiosks, product displays, stalls, booths, events, exhibitions and brand activation setups etc.
- Translate client briefs, references and design requirements into clear, creative and practical design outputs.
- Deliver design iterations quickly and incorporate feedback within agreed timelines.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, technically practical and suitable for production, fabrication or on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, production teams and vendors to align designs with materials, dimensions, feasibility and project requirements.
- Manage multiple assignments, revisions and deadlines while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience in 3D design or visualisation, preferably across POSM, retail displays, events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, spatial design or brand activations.
- Ability to interpret briefs and references, develop multiple design concepts, incorporate feedback quickly, and prepare practical designs suitable for production and on-ground execution.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects is mandatory.
- Working proficiency in relevant 3D design and visualisation software, such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender or equivalent tools.
- Practical understanding of materials, fabrication, production feasibility and physical display environments will be an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work within short timelines.
Location & Selection
- Job location will be Gurugram so nearby candidates are preferred, but Candidates from elsewhere may also apply if willing to relocate.
- Candidate must have a relevant, strong & attractive Portfolio.
- Shortlisted candidates will go through a practical design assessment as part of the selection process.
- Compensation: Based on relevant experience, portfolio quality and overall suitability.
