Salary: 23,000 per month (In-Hand)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Core Requirement: Hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and ensuring smooth machine operations to minimize production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in CNC machines and related equipment.
• Identify machine faults and carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
• Inspect machine components such as bearings, gears, motors, spindles, and guideways.
• Ensure proper functioning of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular machine inspections to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to identify machine faults and perform corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Candidates with core CNC machine maintenance experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
