Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 5+ years of experience providing Zuken E3.series application support in a global engineering organization.

Roles and Responsibilities (R&R)

• Provide L1/L2 application support for Zuken E3.series issues raised by global engineering users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to schematic, cable, and formboard design workflows.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, AVD, and IT teams during application outages or performance degradation.
• Create, modify, and deactivate Zuken E3.series user accounts for global users.
• Assign and manage rolebased access for standard and formboard users.
• Perform functional and performance testing for new Zuken E3.series releases, patches, and hotfixes.
• Provide postrelease hypercare support and resolve upgraderelated issues.
• Assist users with new features, enhancements, and best practices following each Zuken E3.series release.
• Collaborate with the documentation team to maintain training material and quick reference guides.
• Function as a liaison between design engineers, automation teams, and vendor support as required.
• Document recurring issues, known errors, and standard resolutions.
• Maintain internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong handson experience with Zuken E3.series, including Schematic, Cable, and Formboard modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to ECAD applications.
• Good understanding of electrical design concepts and ECAD workflows.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for global user interaction.
• Experience working in a support environment with defined SLAs.
