Zonal Visual Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement across multiple zones within a large retail store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing displays, promotions, and events that meet business objectives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform planogram development and optimize product placement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for branding, signage, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field (retail).
• Strong understanding of planogram principles and ability to develop effective plans.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth through innovative visual merchandising initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
