Job description

1. 1. Oversee and manage the field service operations within the designated zone, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to customers.
2. 2.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
3. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their service needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. 4.Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and report on service operations to senior management.

Technical / Desired Skills:

1. Proficiency in the mechanical and electrical systems of electric bikes, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
2. Expertise in managing field service operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
3. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues encountered by service teams in the field.
