Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business expansion across the assigned zone. The role will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, developing key relationships, and ensuring strong market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal revenue and business targets.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the regional/area sales teams to deliver consistent performance.
• Drive business growth through new customer acquisition, channel development, and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and sales initiatives across the zone.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth business execution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the BFSI/Insurance industry.
• Strong experience in handling zonal/regional sales and large sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the local/regional market and competitive landscape.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make business-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
