About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales outreach and customer acquisition for a large scale CIDCO housing project.

The role involves creating large scale awareness across the target market, identifying and tapping potential customer segments, building and leading a high performing sales team, and driving the complete customer journey from awareness and enquiry to application and final booking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales and field outreach team across assigned markets
Develop and execute strategies to create large scale awareness about CIDCO Homes
Identify and understand target customer segments, their needs, motivations and purchase barriers
Identify new markets, locations, institutions and channels for customer outreach
Drive field activities, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to maximise reach
Build and manage a strong lead generation and conversion funnel
Track enquiries, applications and bookings and continuously improve conversion at every stage
Set targets, monitor team performance and drive daily and weekly sales outcomes
Develop territory wise sales strategies to maximise applications and bookings
Work closely with marketing and management teams to strengthen customer acquisition and conversion

What We Are Looking For

17+ years of overall sales experience with strong leadership exposure
Proven experience in managing large sales and field outreach teams
Strong experience in mass market/customer acquisition and market penetration
Good understanding of the Maharashtra market and customer segments
Ability to independently develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies
Strong field sales mindset with a proven ability to create and tap new markets
Experience in affordable housing, housing finance, real estate or government housing projects is preferred
Government/CIDCO/MHADA/PMAY ecosystem exposure will be an added advantage

Education

Graduates/Post Graduates in Sales, Marketing or a similar field

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who can create a market, build and lead a high performing sales team, drive large scale customer awareness and convert that awareness into applications and bookings.

The ideal candidate should be a market creator and strategic sales leader, rather than someone who primarily manages incoming leads.
