Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

• 17-25 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, regional sales management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market dynamics and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
