About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Head – Used Car Loan with 15+ years of core Used Car Loan/Auto Loan experience to lead the zone, drive open market and OEM/dealer business, expand the market and achieve overall business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and drive Used Car Loan business through Open Market and OEM/Dealer channels across the assigned zone.

* Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business, login, sanction and disbursement targets.

* Drive business through OEMs, authorised dealerships, used-car dealers, DSA/DSA partners and open market sourcing.

* Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers and key channel partners.

* Identify and onboard new dealerships, OEM relationships and channel partners to expand business.

* Lead and manage Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers and field sales teams across the zone.

* Set targets and monitor team productivity, business pipeline and overall performance.

* Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective action plans to close performance gaps.

* Identify new markets and opportunities for territory expansion and business growth.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.

* Ensure strong market coverage and regular field engagement with dealers, OEMs and channel partners.

* Monitor the complete business cycle from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.

* Work closely with Credit, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and faster TAT.

* Ensure quality sourcing, portfolio quality and adherence to company/client policies and compliance requirements.

* Drive customer acquisition and improve conversion ratios across the zone.

* Identify manpower requirements and drive recruitment, team building and talent development.

* Coach and mentor the leadership team to improve productivity and business performance.

* Prepare and present regular zonal business performance reports and MIS to senior management.

Candidate Profile

* 15+ years of experience in Core Used Car Loan / Auto Loan business is mandatory.

* Strong experience in Used Car Loan Open Market Sales and OEM/Dealer Business.

* Prior experience in Zonal/Regional-level sales leadership.

* Proven experience managing large sales teams across multiple locations.

* Strong network with OEMs, authorised dealers, used-car dealers and DSA/channel partners.

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business and disbursement targets.

* Strong market development and territory expansion capabilities.

* Excellent leadership, strategic planning and team-management skills.

* Strong commercial, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple teams and drive business across a large territory.

* Highly target-oriented with strong business acumen.

* Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
