Zonal Sales Manager , North - Paper

Role & responsibilities

• Sales - developing sales strategy and executing the same for the identified market or geography segment
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies for concept and product promotions.
• Identify and participate in customer development projects and to provide technical support for establishing concepts and products at customer end.
• Active Promotion of identified Focus Products to improve Market Share and Gross Profit.
• Distribution
• identification and selection - set up and develop the required distribution set up for sales
• Managing Distributors
• Keep update on New Technology and Provide input on the same to Management.

To provide input for new product launch / product promotion or modification as required in coordination with global team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7-15 years of experience in Sales with Business Development Exposure to production in the relevant Industries will be an added advantage
• Experience in Paper Chemicals
• Experience of Paper Mills
• work experience in MNC companies in similar industries will be preferred.
