Zonal Sales Manager - Cardiology || Diabetology

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned zone-level sales targets by effectively leading the team, ensuring optimal doctor and market coverage, and addressing business challenges in a timely manner.
• Drive the achievement of Power Brand sales objectives and strengthen market share within the assigned territory.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and field activities to support business growth.
• Manage Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and ensure effective inventory management across the zone.
• Monitor near-expiry stock and coordinate with stockists and distributors for timely liquidation to minimize losses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular customer engagement, scientific meetings, and educational programs to drive prescription generation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop FSO and DSM team members to enhance their performance, productivity, and professional growth.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a stable and high-performing team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards across the zone.
