We're Hiring | Zonal Sales Head – Sales & Distribution
Our client, a leading Distribution Company, is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Head – Sales & Distribution to lead and drive its Pan-India sales and distribution business.
Location: Delhi
Role: Pan-India
Education: MBA – Full-Time
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Sales & Distribution leadership
- Candidates from Telecom, Smartphone Distribution, Laptop Distribution, Consumer Electronics, or allied distribution businesses
- Strong understanding of Pan-India distribution networks, channel sales, dealer/distributor management and business growth
- Experience in driving revenue, market expansion and large-scale sales operations
- Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Pan-India Sales & Distribution function
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
- Build and strengthen distributor/dealer/channel networks
- Drive revenue, profitability and market expansion
- Manage and develop large sales teams
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing channels
- Ensure achievement of business targets across regions
