Zonal Retail Manager

Role:

• The ZRM will be responsible for driving retail business performance across the assigned zone, ensuring achievement of sales targets through manpower , improving premium-model contribution, managing promoter productivity, and maintaining strong retail visibility and execution.
• The role will act as the key link between the company, distributors/retail partners, promoters and the field sales team, ensuring that business plans are effectively converted into market execution.

Key Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing, Business Management.

Experience:

• Typically 10 - 15 years of experience in Retail Marketing / Retail Sales/ Channel sales.
• Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG or retail preferred.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets and field teams/promoters.
