Zonal RCU Manager -(Risk Control Unit)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing fraud risk, asset quality, and RCU operations across the assigned zone for Home Loans and LAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RCU/FCU operations covering pre- and post-disbursement verification.
• Identify and investigate fraud, document manipulation, identity/income discrepancies and suspicious profiles.
• Monitor early delinquency (EDA) and coordinate with Credit, Sales, Collections and Operations.
• Manage and monitor RCU/FCU verification agencies/vendors, TAT and billing.
• Conduct audits, identify process gaps and recommend risk-control measures.
• Lead and mentor the regional/branch RCU team and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• 11+ years of experience in RCU/FCU/Fraud/Vigilance in Bank, NBFC or HFC.
• Strong exposure to Home Loans and LAP.
• Excellent investigation, analytical, audit and stakeholder-management skills.
