Zonal Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities : -

01. Spare parts and attachment sales and revenue growth - Drive zonal spare parts and attachment revenue through dealer/branch network and achieve annual targets.

02. Inventory optimization : - Active involvement in parts stock planning at dealer network outlets and ensure maximum parts availability without overstocking.

03. Customer support through dealer network  : - Build relationship with Zonal KA and resolve supply and other issue related to parts by coordinating with dealer network .

04. Team leadership : -Train and manage area office and dealers team.

05. Cross function support : - Close coordination with zonal service and sales team to resolve problems. Close coordination is required with the departmental verticals for overall growth and problem solving .

06. New initiative : - Active participation for new departmental initiative based on organization current and future requirement
