Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee overall pharmacy operations across all assigned locations within the zone.
2. Monitor inventory days andmaintain optimal stock levels as per company guidelines.
3. Ensure timely removal and reporting of expired, near-expiry, non-moving, damaged, and excess stock.
4. Ensure regular doctor meetings and effective coordination with hospital management.
5. Ensure statutory registers and records comply with state regulations and NABH standards, wherever applicable.
6. Monitor medicine dispensing, storage, and patient safety practices.
7. Supervise Pharmacy Managers, staffing, performance, and operational compliance.
8. Monitor customer service, pharmacy performance, and adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
