Zonal Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive reconciliation of all physical files to ensure accuracy and completeness

2. Oversee the reconciliation process for all property papers, maintaining an error-free database.

3. Manage and ensure the timely presentation of batches, adhering to reconciliation standards.

4. Supervise the prompt upload of EMI batch status for accurate tracking and reporting. Oversee fee reconciliation processes, including log-in and administrative activities.

5. Ensure timely updating of all payments, from bank credits to system updates.

6. Implement strategies to eliminate open items in the bank exceeding 30 days.

7. Ensure the prompt release of customer disbursement payments within defined timelines. Verify and authorize correct payment releases for all disbursed cases

8. Meet benchmarks for SPDC reconciliation and National Automated Clearing House (NACH) registration.

9. Safeguard and reconcile bounce cheques, maintaining accurate physical custody records.

10. Strive for high audit ratings by maintaining adherence to operational standards and compliance.
