Zonal Manager

About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Zonal Manager Field Sales to lead large field sales teams and drive B2C business growth across the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large Field Sales teams across the zone.
• Drive B2C sales targets, revenue, and business growth.
• Manage team productivity, performance, and sales conversions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
• Coach and mentor Managers / Team Leaders.
• Conduct regular field visits and business reviews.
• Track MIS, sales dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and company guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in Field Sales Team Handling.
• Proven experience in B2C Sales.
• Strong experience managing large team sizes.
• Experience managing Managers / Team Leaders.
• Strong understanding of sales performance and business metrics.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
• Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Off
