• Manage a team of retail store managers to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the overall performance of multiple retail outlets within a designated region or zone.

• Ensure effective communication with regional teams, headquarters, and other stakeholders to align on goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in apparel with expertise in EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlet) management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
