About the Role:
Our client is a B2B credit risk assessment platform looking for a Zonal Manager to manage the Tamil Nadu and Kerala regions for their banks vertical, specifically focusing on retention business.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Plan, execute, and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment for all orders secured.
- Program manage cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs and support marketing activities.
- Seek appointments and meet Senior Management or Branch Managers of banks.
- Negotiate and close deals while identifying opportunities by analyzing customer needs.
- Build rapport with bankers and maintain relationships with key personnel.
- Share business updates and achievements across products and segments to Senior Management.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales experience is required.
- Willingness to be an individual contributor and lead a team.
- Hardcore face-to-face customer visit experience is mandatory.
