Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for credit appraisal of high ticket proposals and presenting these proposals to senior management. Analysing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales team. Market Research and Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions and competition. Deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction. Required Qualifications and Experience People Management skills.Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills.Negotiation SkillsStrong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. Excellent relationship skills. Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance..Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.Working knowledge of computers.
