Zonal Lead

District Dining operates across 11 cities. Bengaluru, its largest market, is divided into multiple zones, with each zone managed by a Zonal Lead. The Zonal Lead will own a business portfolio worth approximately 25 crore and will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the assigned zone, including restaurant partnerships, sales, customer experience and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall functioning and commercial performance of the assigned restaurant portfolio.
• Lead and manage a team of 8-10 Account Managers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with restaurant owners and merchant partners.
• Drive advertising sales, events, curated dining experiences and other revenue opportunities.
• Work across the complete customer and merchant journey, including discovery, reservations, payments, experiences and app-based ordering.
• Track market size, portfolio potential, sales performance and budget ownership.
• Collaborate with restaurants, customers, merchants and delivery or operational partners.

Requirements:

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong B2C business and sales experience.
• Experience managing merchants, restaurant partners or category portfolios.
• Background in restaurants, alcohol, beverages, dining, lifestyle or consumer-facing categories.
• Experience owning meaningful revenue, sales targets or large business portfolios.
• Strong people-management experience and the ability to lead Account Managers.
• Comfortable working from the Koramangala office.
• Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
