Zonal HR - West and Central

Role and Responsibilities

• Have end to end ownership for managing the employee life cycle for the West & Central regions.
• Partner with business leaders for manpower planning, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives across the zone.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and organization-wide initiatives.
• Support workforce productivity through effective stakeholder management and HR interventions.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for regional business teams.
• Travel to branches for driving employee initiatives and for GPTW action planning

Qualification Requirement

• 16-20 years of experience in HRBP/Generalist HR roles with exposure to managing large employee populations across multiple locations.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• Experience in handling West & Central regions preferred.
• Experience in Insurance industry is preferred
