Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities for the zone, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and exit processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while implementing HR initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with regional managers to develop strategies for improving employee retention and reducing attrition rates.
  
• Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all zones.
  
• Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
