Zonal HR Coordinator - Microfinance

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES -

Zonal HR Coordination & Execution

• Act as the central coordination point for all HR activities across the zone.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between Zonal HR, State HR, Regional HR, and HO teams.
• Track execution of zonal HR initiatives and ensure timely closure across regions.

HR MIS, Data Tracking & Reporting

• Compile, consolidate, and validate zonal-level HR MIS including hiring, attrition, FnF, attendance, engagement, and manpower data.
• Publish periodic HR dashboards and trackers for Zonal HR review.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined reporting timelines.

Hiring & Manpower Coordination

• Coordinate hiring plans across regions and track hiring budget vs actuals at zonal level.
• Monitor onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits, and flag delays or deviations.
• Support timely closure of FnF cases through regular follow-ups with regional teams.

Governance, Compliance & Control

• Track compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal guidelines across the zone.
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews by providing HR data, records, and documentation.
• Escalate risks, policy deviations, or governance issues to Zonal HR in a timely manner.

Employee Engagement & Field Connect

• Coordinate zonal and state-level employee engagement initiatives.
• Support scheduling and coordination of region and branch visits for Zonal HR.
• Act as a bridge between field HR teams and Zonal HR for issue resolution and feedback.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Ensure structured communication of HR guidelines, circulars, and initiatives from HO/Zonal HR to the field.
• Maintain trackers for action points, reviews, and follow-ups arising from meetings and audits.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Zonal HR for effective decision-making.
